Looking for a place to hold a family reunion, a college reunion, a get-together with friends, a yoga reteat, a quilting group, a geo-caching group, a book group, or a corporate retreat/planning session?
Want to host a group of star-gazers in a (relatively) dark-sky environment? A large ski group? A group of mountain bikers?
The High Mountain Lodge is your place! About the only kind of group we can't accommodate is an on-site wedding.
Depending on the sleeping arrangements, we can accommodate up to about 30 people, but we prefer no more than 24.
Meals
In addition to our exceptional multi-course breakfasts (year round) and simple suppers (during winter ski season, roughly Thanksgiving through mid-April), we are happy to create a group package that will include a noon meal and mid-morning and mid-afternoon break-out snacks.
Group Reservation Policies
- Non-refundable deposit due at signing of contract equal to 25% of the cost of reserved rooms and negotiated amenities, including additional meals.
- Balance due 1 month before first day of reservation.
- Group must designate one person as a group contact.
- Depending on your needs, we can arrange to bill one person for the cost of all rooms, or we can arrange for each participant to guarantee individual rooms. In the case of the latter, our standard cancellation policies will be in effect.
- We are happy to negotiate all aspects of the contract--including weekday corporate rates during our high seasons (roughly summer and winter)--to assure you of a most economical retreat.

We welcome small corporate retreats looking for a quiet place to plan, reflect, decompress, and generally get business done in a quiet, stress-free atmosphere.
Particularly in our shoulder seasons, we offer highly-competitive rates for getaways that mix business with pleasure.
With our complimentary dual-channel wireless networks (801.11 G & N bands), you won't be out of touch for a moment.
Verizon and Sprint are the only reliable cell networks (though we're working to change that). If your I-Phone doesn't get a signal, you're welcome to use our land line (with a calling card, of course).
We also are happy to receive faxes at no charge.
We have a variety of meeting room configurations and a variety of options for break-out small groups (all of which possess a lot of funky character), and we will meet your needs for multi-media if we know what they are when you plan the meeting.
Finally, if you want meals more than breakfast, we are happy to negotiate a plan that will keep your participants happy and productive.
