Traffice beating special to avoid end of the weekend traffic back to Denver
If you live in or near Denver, you have surely experienced the brain damage of driving I-70 to and from the mountains on a weekend to go skiing.
It almost isn't worth the hassle to ski. Getting there makes you crazy, and (if you don't have a season pass), you want to get your money's worth. And at the end of the day, you're tired and just want to relax; instead, you have a 4+-hour commute back to Denver with thousands of your new commuter ski buddies.
Well, the High Mountain Lodge has a perfect solution. Come up Friday night after work, stay Friday and Saturday nights with us, and we'll throw in Sunday night free.
We'll check you out Sunday night, so you can get on the road early and make it to Denver and work by 8 or 9 a.m. Monday. Instead of the nightmare of Sunday traffic on the freeway down from the mountains, you can relax in the hot tub and sauna, swim a few laps in our pool, have a leisurely supper, and get a good night's rest before facing the new week.
Get up as early as you need to be in Denver in time for work. Breakfast is not included that last day, but we hope you'll be more willing to come visit us if you know you won't have to fight quite as much traffic for the opportunity.
Strike a blow for sanity and relaxation. Spend Sunday night on us at the High Mountain Lodge.
NOTE: For the three-day weekends than include a Monday holiday (Martin Luther King Day; President's Day; etc.), the stay-free night will be Monday night, and not Sunday.
Active military discount
Active members of the US armed forces receive a 20% discount for multiple-night stays at the High Mountain Lodge for themselves and their immediate family--spouses, children, siblings, and parents--when traveling together. A valid military ID must be presented at the time of check-in to take advantage of this rate. Sorry, this offer can't be combined with any of our other discounts.
Colorado Mountain Club member discount
All our friends at the Colorado Mountain Club receive a 10% discount off published rates. To take advantage of this discount, members must produce a valid membership card. Sorry, this offer can't be combined with any of our other discounts.
