Spend three weekdays with us, and we'll give you the fourth night absolutely free. Good Monday through Friday nights. Just note in your reservation when you book four weekdays that you want the fourth night free. Good through April 21, 2013 (closing day at Winter Park Ski Resort).
Active military discount
Active members of the US armed forces receive a 20% discount for multiple-night stays at the High Mountain Lodge for themselves and their immediate family--spouses, children, siblings, and parents--when traveling together. A valid military ID must be presented at the time of check-in to take advantage of this rate. Sorry, this offer can't be combined with any of our other discounts. Use the discount code "MIL" when booking or just note that you are actively serving in the "notes" field, and we will adjust the pricing.
Colorado Mountain Club member discount
All our friends at the Colorado Mountain Club receive a 10% discount off published rates when they stay two or more nights. To take advantage of this discount, CMC members must produce a valid membership card at check-in. Sorry, this offer can't be combined with any of our other discounts. Use the discount code "CMC" when booking, or just mention that you are a current CMC member in the "notes" field, and we will adjust the pricing.

Play and Stay Free at the High Mountain Lodge
If you live in or near Denver on the Front Range, you have surely experienced the brain damage of driving I-70 to and from the mountains on a weekend to ski.
It almost isn't worth the hassle to ski. Getting there makes you crazy, and (if you don't have a season pass), you want to get your money's worth. And at the end of the day, you're tired and just want to relax; instead, you have a 4+-hour commute back to Denver with thousands of your new ski-commuter buddies.
Well, the High Mountain Lodge has a perfect
solution.
Here are the particulars:
- On most weekends, stay Friday & Saturday night with us, and get Sunday night free. On holiday weekends, stay 3 nights (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), and get Monday night free.
- Breakfast is not included on the last morning, nor is our simple supper the night before. We can make suggestions for great restaurants in the valley, as well as secret places to have breakfast on your drive back to the Front Range.
- However, we are happy to welcome you your last evening for our Après Ski happy hour snacks and drinks at 5:30.
The idea is that you can commute from the High Mountain Lodge to Denver--or other Front Range communities--that last morning in less than half the time it takes you to drive home after skiing. Leave at 10 p.m. Sunday or 5 a.m. Monday--it's up to you.
Please be quiet as you're leaving the Lodge if we have other guests.

Fine print: this offer is subject to availability. In other words, if we have people checking into your room on Sunday (or Monday on 3-day weekends), we can't offer this special. The offer is, however, first come, first served, so we won't bump you from the room if you have notified us that you want to take advantage of the Traffic Beater special before somebody tries to book Sunday night (or Monday night on 3-day weekends).
